Large conference program
When the E-18 hits the doors of this year’s electronics event, it will be the biggest conference program ever. E-18 offers 75 conference posts and workshops. It is among other things Major companies like Google, IBM, Microsoft, Nokia, Ericsson, who will inspire visitors from 11 to 13 September.
Denmark’s largest electronics trade show, E-18, has compiled this year’s largest conference program in the history of the fair. 75 conference holders are ready to share knowledge about the latest technological trends, future electronics production and the general development of the electronics industry.
This year’s conference program focuses on classical topics like sensors, wireless, Embedded High-End Computing, IoT and Production in Denmark, but this year there are also brand new topics. Among them, Maker / DIY, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Future Trends, and includes conference posts from, among other things, Arduino, Hackerspacet Labitat, Anyware and Analog Device.
The conference program was created in collaboration with exhibitors, collaborators and, not least, the E-18 messenger committee.
“This year’s conference program covers really wide. There is something for everyone. There are our maker tracks that can inspire how to get started with new technologies. Besides, there are a number of tracks that tell you where technology is coming. At the same time, we have the more niche-driven tracks about specific technologies and production. I think we have managed to create a unique conference program, says Morten Kreiberg Block, director of Arrow and active part of planning this year’s conference program.
Recognized keynote speakers
It has also been possible to attract some of the very large companies in the technology and electronics industry as keynote speakers for the E-18.
Google is for the first time at the electronics industry. It is Henrik Hammer, Customer Engineer Google Cloud, who will hold two conference posts titled “Intelligent Internet of Things with Google Cloud IoT” and “Machine Learning for Everyone With Google Cloud.”
Jakob Vestergaard from Microsoft will tell about digital transformation. IBM sends Kim Escherich with the post “Management’s Utility of Technology’s Innovative Power” and Claus Klint with the post “Partnerships within Internet of Things, Artifical Intelligence and Blockchain”.
Nokia is looking at the new business opportunities that the new technological landscape will accommodate, and we will be able to do that with 5G, as we can not today.
Participate in more than 120 free conferences
As the E-18 takes place at the same time as the new robot fair, R-18, visitors are welcome to attend both fairs. This allows you to access more than 120 free conferences with both national and international speakers.
The R-18 keynote speakers can include Lars Tvede from Nordic Eye Venture Capital, Hanspeter Fässler from ANYbotics, Amit Kumar Pandey from Softbank Robotics, Etienne Augé from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Alf Rehn from SDU.
It’s free to attend the conferences under E-18 and R-18, just sign up.
