Danish Export Day 2018
Danish Export Day 2018 will take place this September 11th in Odense Congress Center. Therefore, visitors and exhibitors from the E-18 will be able to look forward to the opening of the E-18 and R-18 Exhibitions by Foreign Minister Anders Samuelsen, awarding the VITUS Prize and free export advice.

Danish Export Day 2018 becomes part of R-18
The Trade Council of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs organizes Danish Export Day 2018 Tuesday 11 September at the R-18 robot show in the Odense Congress Center. Foreign Minister Anders Samuelsen opens the robot fair and Danish Export Day in the field of digitalization, automation and industry 4.0.
R-18 forms the framework for Danish Export Day 2018. Danish Export Day is an annual recurring event for small and medium-sized companies who want more growth through exports. This year focus is on digitization, automation and industry 4.0.
Foreign Minister Anders Samuelsen comments:
“Danish companies are leaders in several product areas, so there are good opportunities for exporting. However, we still find that the potential of Danish companies is not being fully utilized, and therefore, Dansk Eksportdag 2018 is so important. This year, the day takes place in Odense at the same time as the R-18 robot show, so I hope we can reach more and new industries. ”
Free export advice
Export is a good way for growth, but many companies lack knowledge and guidance on exports, and it keeps them back. It is therefore a focus area at Dansk Eksportdag 2018.
On the export date, the Trade Council therefore makes available 30 export advisors from all over the world. They are ready to advise on exports, provide sparring and tell about market opportunities in different countries. Everything free and free.
Distribution of the VITUS Prize
In connection with the opening of Danish Export Day 2018, Anders Samuelsen handles the Trade Council’s prestigious export award: VITUS Prize 2018. The prize is awarded to a company that has made a particularly successful entry into an export market through the Trade Council’s VITUS process.
VITUS is The Trade Council’s 12-month elite program, which helps selected companies accelerate entry and secure foothold in selected markets. This is done through intensive advice from The Trade Council sector experts from the selected market, solid preparation and dedicated execution of an export strategy.
Dansk Eksportdag 2018 is open to all visitors and is expected to attract 600-900 decision makers from different companies and industries.
